Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Soltara, including our website, game, marketplace, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services, including holding or trading digital assets, is legal where you live. The Services are not available where prohibited by law.
2. The Services
Soltara is a play-to-earn fantasy game with an in-game marketplace and a related digital token, $SOLT, on the Solana blockchain. Features, content, and availability may change, pause, or end at any time without notice.
3. Wallets and Accounts
You may connect a self-custody Solana wallet to use certain features. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We never request your private keys or seed phrase, and we cannot recover them. Any loss of access to your wallet is your responsibility.
4. Digital Tokens and Items
$SOLT and in-game items are intended for use within Soltara. You acknowledge and agree that:
- $SOLT is a utility token, not an investment, security, or financial instrument, and is not offered as one.
- We make no promise or guarantee regarding the value, price, or liquidity of $SOLT or any item.
- Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value. You may lose everything you spend.
- Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
5. Marketplace and Fees
Trades on the marketplace may be subject to fees, including a fee that may be burned, sent to a treasury, or distributed to participants. Fees and their distribution may change over time. All transactions are final and recorded on-chain.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt them, using bots or unauthorized automation, engaging in fraud or money laundering, infringing others' rights, or violating any law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Soltara name, logo, artwork, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission, except for ownership rights you hold in specific on-chain assets as described in the Services.
8. Risks
Using blockchain-based services involves significant risk, including smart contract vulnerabilities, network failures, token volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and irreversible transactions. You use the Services at your own risk and accept these risks.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soltara and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, assets, or data, arising from your use of the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Soltara and its team harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soltara operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
